Dozens of ITB Lecturers Honored at 66th Anniversary Ceremony

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id - The Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) awarded 46 lecturers in recognition of their outstanding contributions in their areas of teaching, research and innovation, community service, and institutional development. In addition, 14 members of ITB’s main leadership board for the 2020-2025 period also received awards as a form of appreciation for their dedication to advancing the institution. The awards were presented during ITB’s 66th anniversary, held at the West Hall of ITB Ganesha Campus on Monday (March 3, 2025).
Dr. Andryanto Rikrik Kusmara, S.Sn., M.Sn., Vice Rector for Communication, Partnership, Alumni, and Administration. In his introduction to the awards emphasized that ITB’s current achievements are the result of the dedication and contributions of the entire academic community.
The awards were distributed among four categories: 11 recipients in the field of teaching, 12 in research and innovation, another 12 in community service, and 11 in institutional development. Additionally, 14 individuals received the Ganesa Wira Adiutama Award, honoring their service and leadership in advancing the institution.
“Hopefully, this award can encourage further progress for ITB, and motivate all of us to continuously contribute to Bandung Institute of Technology and Indonesia”, he said.
This award is not only a form of appreciation, but it is also to inspire other ITB’s academic community to continue creating and innovating in response to future challenges.
