ITB Holds an Open House on Eid al-Fitr, Syawal 1 1446 H, Strengthening the Togetherness of the Academic Community

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id – In the spirit of unity and warmth of Eid al-Fitr 1446 H, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) hosted an Open House event, bringing together students, faculty, and members of the campus community. Held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Wisma Rektor ITB, the event provided a meaningful gathering to celebrate the conclusion of Ramadan.
The event was attended by the President and members of Kabinet Keluarga Mahasiswa ITB, leaders and representatives of Student Activity Units, and heads of various Study Program Associations. Their participation fostered a warm atmosphere and reinforced a sense of community on campus.

ITB Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., delivered a heartfelt welcome. “Today is a truly special occasion. Eid is not only a celebration but also an opportunity to strengthen unity and diversity within our ITB community. Let’s use this moment to collaborate more closely, support one another, and uphold the values of togetherness. I hope this spirit endures beyond celebrations and becomes part of our daily lives as the ITB family. Happy Eid, and I offer my sincere apologies for any shortcomings,” he said.
Following the Rector’s address, the event continued with handshakes and warm interactions. It provided a meaningful opportunity for reflection and connection after a month of fasting. Beyond fostering relationships, the gathering strengthened the sense of family at ITB, embodying the academic culture’s values of unity and mutual support.
